Banana-Peanut Butter Bunny Cakes

April 20, 2014 By Laura

Just hopping in to share a bunny breakfast!

Who needs an Easter basket when you have pancakes?

Bunny Pancakes

Banana-Peanut Butter Bunny Cakes

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla pea protein (I used Growing Naturals)
  • 1 T coconut flour
  • 1 T peanut flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 mashed banana
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/8 C coconut milk (carton)

Mix together dry ingredients, then add wet.

Cook in appropriate shapes and decorate bunny-style!

Happy Easter!

Just got my peanut flour in the mail (FINALLY) I just tried it mixed with some water to see the difference between it and PB2 and whilst it tastes a bit different I am excited to try it in a pancake mixture! Lots of Love C
