After my adventures in poker and another late night, I spent the next morning
repenting at the gym. I had an unpictured Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest bar, which is my favorite flavor for breakfast. They are lifesavers on the road!
I was really excited to be able to incorporate some VERY light weight glute work into my workout. Progress! It’s so good to be able to activate those muscles again.
Frankenknee killed it today at the gym! Well, as much as it can kill it. I did shoulders and then a bit of glute work. I get so annoyed looking at my imbalances, but the only way to make change is to work. So work, I did. This is an embarrassingly light weight, but I was slow and intentional with my movement and I did it with no pain! 💪🏼 Here's the whole workout: 🔹Bent over flys 🔸Lat raises, two arm 🔹Overhead press, dumbbell 🔸High rope pulls 🔹Front raises 🔸Air squats (15) 🔹Weighted straight leg deadlifts (15 each side) 🔸Cable kickbacks (15 each side) 4 sets, 15-8 reps each (except where noted), increasing weight each time. I also did some Ab work between the sets with dumbbells. Now I'm off to clean up for a date night in Vegas with Vegas! What are you working this fine Friday?
