Nature Box Giveaway + Foodie Penpals

It’s Nature.  In a box.

Sort of.

Nature Box is a monthly mail order snack company.  For $19.95 they will send you a box with 5 new healthy, all-natural snacks each month.

They were kind enough to send my April’s box to sample, and the snacks inside did not disappoint!

In my box:

  • Cranberry Granola
  • Dried Currants
  • Dried Pears
  • Spicy Pumpkin Seeds
  • Salt & Pepper Pistachios

My favorite was the Spicy Pumpkin Seeds (obv – I love me some heat).  Each bag contained 3-4 generous servings… not a bad deal for $20!  That’s only $5 a bag.  It’s less than your latte. 😉

***Disclaimer: I was provided with this box at no charge. All thoughts and opinions are my own.***

So what’s in it for you?

Alas, there wasn’t any beer inside.  The goodies she sent were tasty though!

What are your thoughts on ordering food (via subscription, co-op, online grocery, etc.) vs. going to the store yourself?

Have you ever done one-legged burpees?

  1. says

I used to get lollihop box and they discontinued it! I’m trying out conscious box, but nature looks fun too.

Love snack boxes and foodie pen pal. You got some good stuff. Rishi tea is so good! The blueberry smells like a blueberry muffin.

Granola and bars will always be one of my favorite snacks. Easy to pack. I want to try the rise bars.

  2. says

Question: What’s a burpee? :-X I see that word in your blog and Lindsays (Lean Green Bean) all the time!
You have a bum knee? Hi bum knee, meet bum ankle :\ It’s the reason I’m doing the Couch to 5K. Hopefully it will help my ankle and also get me back in the game! Although now I’m coming down with some kind of cold or virus or something. Boo :(

  3. says

I don’t know if I could pick one favorite healthy snack, probably a banana and almond butter, since I seem to have one almost every day!

  4. says

Wow, lots of comments going on here but I want that Nature box. I am going for the salt and pepper pistachios, they sound good. Pumpkin seeds don’t chew well for me, LOL.

  5. says

The pumpkin seeds and pistachios in your snack box sound amazing! And I really have to get on the foodie penpal bandwagon after my upcoming vacation.

  6. says

    Love the foodie penpal box!

My favorite healthy snack must be frozen banana. And frozen grapes. And in the winter, microwaved apple with cinnamon. Mmm.

  7. billiejean says

My favorite snack would be apples or almond yogurt and nut butter, like almond, hazelnut, or brazil nut!

  8. says

Your giveaway is so organic, natural, healthy and sounds delicious – thank you 😀
And as for your foodie pen pals box, awesome contents my friend!
    Quin popcorn? Too cool!

One legged burpees?? You are insane. I am skeptical about ordering food… but I suppose it really is the same as buying it in the store if it is packaged, right?! I want to try it but also am always shocked at how expensive it can be. Especially when you don’t know whether you’re going to like it or not.

  10. Courtney says

Apples, greek yogurt, popcorn, peanut butter, hummus, pretzels… ALL my favorite snacks hahah.. just not together :)

  11. Colette says

My favorite healthy snack is an apple protein roll up – low carb tortilla with pumpkin protein spread (mix of pumpkin, low sodium cottage cheese, 0% greek yogurt, and cinnamon) and chopped up apples…SO GOOD and super filling…keeps me going for hours!

    • Laura says

That’s a realllllly good idea! I posted something similar Friday, but didn’t think to add apples and spread it on a tortilla.

  12. Ray says

My favorite healthy snack is trail mix with dried fruit, mixed nuts and chopped dates! Thanks for a great giveaway!

  13. says

I’m really big on going to the store rather than ordering anything online. I like to touch and feel and smell everything. But a foodie pen pal sounds so much fun. I wish it wasn’t so expensive to ship things here.

  14. sharon says

Hi! i googled nature box and found your website too!
I discovered curry kale chips and they are so good. When you think you are done you just have to have one or two more.
